Invoice Recovery Network (“IRN,” “we,” “us”) is a service of Account Recovery Financial Solutions, LLC, 625 W Maple, Wichita, KS 67213. This policy explains how we handle information from referral partners and the businesses they refer.

From referral partners: your name, firm, business email and phone, and the professional details you provide when you apply or refer a client.

From referred businesses (your clients): the business and contact details needed to evaluate and work a commercial account — typically a business name, a contact, and a description of the past-due invoice(s). Detailed account documentation is collected directly from the client after they approve the placement.

Automatically: standard technical data (e.g., IP address, device/browser, and pages viewed) to operate and secure the site.

To evaluate applications, communicate with you, and administer the referral relationship and any commissions earned.

To evaluate, place, and work referred commercial accounts through our licensed third-party collection agency, and to keep you updated on status.

To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your information or a client’s information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing this service.

With the licensed third-party commercial collection agency that performs the recovery work, solely to work a placed account.

With service providers who help us run the platform (e.g., email, hosting, e-signature, payment), under confidentiality obligations.

When required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access is limited to those who need it to provide the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your and your clients’ information.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, administer commissions, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

This service is for commercial, business-to-business accounts. We do not accept consumer debt, and partners agree not to refer it.
